We provide inventory for many events, from many sources so how and when tickets are delivered can vary. More precise information on your tickets are provided in order confirmations and within the order in your account found here.

Typically, tickets are delivered within 48 hours of the event. We offer a 100% guarantee, if not delivered by 24 hours before, we will look to replace them or refund. Your purchase is completely safe and covered.

These are the different types of tickets and how they are delivered

E-Ticket - PDF tickets to be directly uploaded, these will then be available to download within your account here .

External Transfer - These tickets transferred externally to you or your customer usually though an app eg AXS Ticketmaster. These are also sent by email or WhatsApp. You will receive a proof of transfer once delivered to assist your customer on how to find the tickets.

Mobile-link - Download links for tickets are uploaded directly to here. These ticket links will need to be added to your customers phone wallet.

Mobile Screenshot - These are screenshots of the Mobile QR codes that are uploaded directly here, your customer is able to access through your platform.

Members / Season Card - Physical membership cards, that will be provided typically at the stadium as a collection.

Paper - Physical tickets, such as away games, that need to be delivered to the customers directly via Tracked delivery unless otherwise specified.

Some events typically follow uniformed ticket types see the premier league Ticket types article for a list of these events
