Depositing funds to your TX Pay Virtual Wallet is beneficial when purchasing tickets through TX Trade. Using your balance to purchase the tickets provides the benefit of not having to pay any additional Credit Card fees.
There are two locations you can add funds to your wallet
Via the Wallet section in your account
In the checkout beside the Wallet payment option
Once you select 'Deposit', the below screen will appear displaying the bank account details that should be used to transfer the funds to. Once funds are transferred, we will allocate the funds to your TX Pay Virtual Wallet - this process can take up to 24hrs so best to deposit funds into you account prior to planned purchases.
Important
When making the transfer to the below details you must include your unique reference code which is highlighted below in red text. Every seller has their own unique reference code which allows the transfer to be allocated to their wallet.
If you do not include the unique reference code, the fund will not automatically arrive to your TX Pay Virtual Wallet and our Payments team will have to be contacted to triage the issue, which will cause a delay in the process.
