How to Upload KYC Documents

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for uploading your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents on TX Pay and managing your wallet.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for uploading your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents on TX Pay and managing your wallet. Uploading these documents is a legal requirement, and you will not be able to access or withdraw your funds until this process is complete.

Please ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays in receiving payments.

Access the TX Pay Function

  1. Go into your account accessing the icon in top right of screen

  2. Navigate to the Wallet tab

  3. Complete sign up

Upload Required Documents

You will need to upload specific documents based on your account setup. Ensure you upload the correct documents according to your registration type:

What is needed for individual accounts:

  • Proof of ID: Passport, National ID, or Driver's License

  • Bank or Business Statement: Recent (within the last 3 months)

  • 2 x Proof of Address: (Utility bills, bank statements Driving license is accepted as proof of address but you will have to provide a different proof of ID)

What is needed for business accounts:

  • Certificate of Incorporation or UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) document

  • Business Bank Statement: Recent (within the last 3 months)

  • Allocation of shares document

  • Proof of ID for share holders: Passport, National ID, or Driver's License

Once the details and proofs have been uploaded and the request is submitted, the documents will be checked and actioned by our Payments Team. If there are any issues or further information is required, our Customer Support team will be in touch.
